How long your hair takes to reach you — and what to check before booking your appointment.

Processing & delivery
Every order is checked and made up before it leaves us. Processing takes 2–3 days, then delivery takes up to 3–5 days after that.

Coloured hair
Coloured hair can take up to 21 days. Please bear this in mind when booking an appointment — don't book your install before your hair has arrived.

Klarna orders
Orders placed via Klarna can take up to 21 days to be delivered.

Where your order goes
All orders are delivered to the salon unless stated otherwise in the order notes or a different address is given.

Need it sooner?
We have some hair available in the salon. If you need hair sooner than our delivery times, email enquiries@stshair.co.uk or message us on Instagram @stshairco.
