Booking policies
Cancellation
Please notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancelling within 48 hours incurs a 50% charge; within 24 hours, a full charge.
Payments
No deposit is required at booking. If you miss your appointment, the full amount will be charged to the payment method provided.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time. There is a 10-minute grace period, after which a £10 late charge applies. After 20 minutes the appointment is cancelled and classed as a no-show.
Hair preparation
Please arrive with your hair washed and blow-dried. If you'd like this done for you, please add it as a service when booking.
Hair & braiding hair
Installations do not include hair unless stated — please find this on the STS Hair pages of our website. Braiding hair must be pre-stretched and brought with you.
Plus ones
Bookings are for the individual named only. Women's-only and child-friendly appointments are available on request — contact us directly.
Service issues
Please contact us within 24 hours so we can rectify any issues. No refunds.
